To Reset to Default Installation

If your RealPlayer for Mac OS X refuses to launch or it behaves erratically, you can delete its settings and reset them to the newly-installed condition. Usually, this will solve most problems.

To reset your RealPlayer, select Help > Reset RealPlayer from your RealPlayer menu bar. When the dialog is displayed, click Reset to remove the current player preferences and answer the Installation Wizard questions; changing nothing will restore the default settings.

Resetting RealPlayer will cause all favorites and preference settings to be lost, and will sign you out of any services such as Radio Pass.
