When the contents of My Library, a playlist, a CD, or a portable player or device are listed in the Display Area, the tracks are listed in rows with Track Info listed in columns. At the top of each column is a header that describes the contents of the column (for example, Track Name, Artist Name, and Album Name). Column size and position can be changed, additional columns can be listed, and the tracks can be sorted by the contents of any of the columns.

Sorting Tracks

Click the column header at the top of any column to sort the list of tracks by that property. The following default headers are normally listed. You can add or remove columns at anytime. (See Changing Columns, below.) Any column you add can be sorted.
