My Account Menu

Use the My Account menu to view and modify your account and any Rhapsody subscriptions you have.

Menu Option

Description

Manage My Account

Opens Rhapsody account information page. Sign in to view and edit your account information. You can also check to see if you have copies of all the tracks that you have purchased and downloaded from Rhapsody onto any of your authorized computers .

Account Summary	View and update your subscription status, e-mail address, credit balance, and information on coupons or prepaid cards.
Account Information	View and edit your e-mail address, password, and subscription status; change or cancel subscriptions.
Billing Information	View and update your billing information.
Billing History	View the billing history for your Rhapsody account, including monthly fees and download fees.
Credits	Displays any credits you have on your account.
Preferences	Edit your e-mail preferences, the parental controls for your account, and activate or deactivate one-click purchasing.
Restore	Click to download to your current computer any Rhapsody tracks you have purchased on another computer, or to re-download purchased tracks that failed to download properly the first time. You can download purchased tracks up to three (3) times at no additional charge.

Subscribe to Rhapsody

Subscribe to Rhapsody for the first time if you are using a free trial, or modify your Rhapsody subscription if you are already a subscriber.
