The Mixer is the heart of Rhapsody. It is a scratch pad where you create queues for playback, burning CDs, transferring tracks to portable music players or devices, and sharing music with friends. Practically all custom music playback starts in the Mixer. (See Using the Mixer for details.)

There are six default columns in every view of the Mixer: the number (order) of the track, the track name, the track length, the artist name, the album name, and the genre.
In the Burn and Transfer views, the icon indicating the track type will appear next to the track name (with the exception of non-Rhapsody tracks, which have no icon).
You can add or remove columns by right-clicking on any column header, then selecting or deselecting columns from the right-click list. The # column cannot be removed.
You can rearrange the column order by clicking on a column and dragging it to a new position on the column bar. Only the # column can't be moved.
The Status Bar (at the bottom of the Mixer) provides feedback about the queued tracks in the view you have open, such as the number of tracks you have queued up, the total playing time of the list, or the capacity of the portable device you have attached.
Note: Once the total playing time of the tracks in the Mixer has reached 24 hours, your playing time will be listed in days rather than hours.
