Source List

Use the Source List to access the Music Guide, Radio, My Library, your CD drives, attached portable players or devices, downloaded tracks, and your playlists. The selected information is shown in the Display Area.

Using the Source List

 

The ID Window displays your sign in name.

 

Click Sign In to access your Rhapsody account.

 

You can drag and drop tracks from Play or My Library into any of the playlists in the Source List (except for My New Tracks). All other icons in the Source List are used to display their contents only.

Source List Navigation

Click on the following icons and names to see their associated contents in the Display Area:

 Rhapsody Music Guide

Displays the Music Guide and provides access to Rhapsody's thousands of albums and tracks.

 Radio

Displays the Rhapsody Radio page in the Display Area.

 My Library

Displays an unfiltered view of all the tracks that you have added to My Library.

 Download Manager

Displays tracks that you are currently downloading, and tracks you have downloaded during the current Rhapsody session.

 CD Name

When you insert a prerecorded CD into a CD drive, the Source List displays the CD icon, the drive letter, and the name of the CD (if available). Click the CD name or icon to view its contents.

 Device Name

The device icon will appear in the Source List when you attach a portable music player or device to your computer, along with the name of the device. Click the device name or icon to view its contents.

 My Playlists

Displays a list of all the playlists you have saved or collected.


Name of playlist

Shows the contents of that playlist. Local playlists () contain one or more local, non-Rhapsody tracks and cannot be shared. The over a playlist indicates that it contains only Rhapsody tracks. These playlists can be shared, and will be available from any authorized computer when you sign in to Rhapsody.

 My New Tracks

Shows the contents of My New Tracks.
