Artist Information pages in the Music Guide

The Artist pages in the Music Guide highlight the works of selected artists.

To display detailed information about a particular artist, click the artist's name in the Rhapsody Online Player controls while a track is queued or playing, or select the artist's name wherever it appears in the Music Guide.

What will I find on an Artist Information page?

On an artist information page, you will find many features and resources about that artist, such as those listed below:

Feature		What Does it Do?
Albums		Lists albums released by this artist. You can select a list of only those albums that are available on Rhapsody (Available Only) or All of the artist's albums, including those that are not yet available on Rhapsody. Click any album cover or name to open that album's Album Info page. Choose to view album art or not, and sort albums by Release Date, Album Name, or Popularity. (See Album List View, below.)
Artist Spotlight		Information about the artist, his background and the music he produces. This information can include links to a sampler of music by the artist, and a photo gallery of images of the artist.
Ratings		You have the opportunity to rate the artist.
Artist Key Tracks		Lists tracks that exemplify that artist's particular style.
Top Tracks		Lists the most popular tracks by the artist that are available on Rhapsody.
Artist Videos		Some artists will have music videos that are available for viewing. Select a video title to view that video in a separate browser window. Note: You will need to stop playback in the Rhapsody Online Player before viewing a video.
Similar Artists		Lists artists similar to the one you are currently viewing. Click any artist name in the list to open a new Artist Information page.
Top Playlists		Top playlists published in Playlist Central that feature this artist.
Artist Channel		A Rhapsody Channel featuring the artist and other, similar artists. Click to play the artist station. Click the Other stations playing... link for a list of other Rhapsody Channels playing that artist.
Artist Feeds		A link to RSS feeds (Stands for Really Simple Syndication. An RSS feed is a stream of content from a frequently updated website) for that artist.
Filed Under		Shows the category or categories this artist is filed under in the Rhapsody Music Guide.

What is the Album List view on Music Guide Artist pages?

A list of available albums by the artist is displayed on every Artist page.

Select Hide Album Art to close the thumbnails next to the album names.
Use the Sort By drop-down menu to sort albums by Release Date, Album Name, or Popularity.
Select Available Only to view only those albums currently available on Rhapsody.
Select View All to see all albums by this artist in the Rhapsody database, including those that may not yet be available to Rhapsody users.
Click any album cover or album name to view the album page for that release.
