The Music Guide is the Rhapsody Online home page, and your portal to Rhapsody's music services. From the Music Guide, you can:

 

How do I browse the Music Guide?

Use the Browse list (scroll down to find it) on the Music Guide Home page to find special features such as new releases and staff picks, as well as artists, tracks and albums in any particular genre Type or category. For example: rock, classical, country, hip-hop, or metal.. Click any feature or genre name to see the corresponding page.

The Music Guide Home page displays a variety of music selections to sample, including top tracks and artists, a list of music you've recently played, recommendations, and a featured playlist Click any artist name for a detailed artist information page. Click any album name to display that album in detail, along with a list of other available albums by that artist.

Click artist, album, and genre names anywhere in the Music Guide pages to browse more.

 

How do I navigate to other pages?

Use the tabs along the top of the Music Guide pages to navigate through Rhapsody Online.

Opens Playlist Central, where you can find playlists published by Rhapsody users and editors.

Opens Rhapsody Channels, where you can listen to commercial-free streaming music programmed by our editors.

Opens the Rhapsody Online Music Videos page.

Opens My Rhapsody, your personalized Rhapsody page.

How do I search Rhapsody Online?

Use the Search function in the Music Guide to search through Rhapsody's more than two million on-demand Audio/Video media that's available on the internet for immediate playback, without waiting to download a file. (Same as streaming media.) tracks. Look for information about artists and composers, the music and albums they produced, and which tracks or albums are available for on-demand playback. (See Searching the Music Guide for more information.)

Note: You can also type a keyword Any word or short phrase that is related to the media you want to find. For example, an artist's name, an album name, or part of a song title. into the Search window at the bottom of the Player ( ) to start a search.
