Create and Save Playlists

With a premium membership, you can create and save playlists with Rhapsody Online. The playlists will be available to you anywhere you sign in, including Rhapsody Software. (If you're also using Rhapsody Software, your playlists of Rhapsody tracks will be available in Rhapsody Online when you are signed in. Likewise, changes you make in Rhapsody Online will be available the next time you sign in using Rhapsody Software.)

Look for the Add button ( Add ) to get started.

How do I create and save a playlist?

"Add" dialog

  1. Click Add beside a track, album, or playlist.

  2. The "Add" dialog opens.

  3. Select [New Playlist] . You can keep the suggested title for your new playlist, or you can enter a new one.

  4. Click Save.

You can view your playlists from My Rhapsody or the My Playlists My Playlists tab on the Home page. To add more tracks, click Add and select your playlist name. The last playlist you worked with will automatically be highlighted.

Tip: You can also click save as playlist  at the top of your Player queue to save the entire contents of the Player as a playlist.

How do I edit a playlist?

  1. Click the playlist name to open that playlist page, then click Edit.

  2. You can drag and drop the tracks into a different order. You can delete tracks by clicking .

  3. Click Save to keep the changes or Cancel to exit.

Play

To play your playlist, click  Play All at the top of the list. The list is added to the track queue in the Player, and starts playing.

You can choose to play any individual track from your list by clicking the Play button ( ) next to that track.

Save

When you create a new playlist using Add or save as playlist , it is automatically saved in your collection. You can see your entire playlist collection on My Rhapsody. Playlists are part of your account, and are available anywhere you sign in, including Rhapsody Media Player.

Share

To share your playlist, click Share on the playlist page, or click  Play All at the top of the list to add it to the Player, then click Share at the bottom of the Player to open the "Share Music" dialog.

Where do I find My Playlists?

You can view your playlists from My Rhapsody or the My Playlists tab on the Home page. Use to open My Rhapsody from the Rhapsody Player.
