Rating in Rhapsody Online

You can rate tracks, albums, and artists to customize and personalize your Rhapsody Online experience.

Throughout Rhapsody, you'll find Rating Selectors. Click a star to attach a rating to the track, album or artist it is associated with. From left to right, one star indicates a less-favored track , and five stars indicates a more-favored track . Click to ban the item, so it will not appear in My Rhapsody. You can change a rating at any time--just click a different star.

Rhapsody track ratings are part of your membership. Your ratings will be available whenever you sign in to Rhapsody Online from any computer.

How do ratings affect My Rhapsody?

The more tracks, albums, and artists you rate, the more accurate and interesting your personal music suggestions in My Rhapsody will be.

Higher ratings help Rhapsody determine what kind of music you like.
Lower ratings help Rhapsody determine what kind of music you don't care for.
Banned tracks, albums, and artists will never be offered as personal music suggestions on My Rhapsody.
Banned artists, albums, and tracks will never appear in the contents of your Instant Playlist.

Remember, you can change your ratings at any time.
