My Library

Note: Numbers in brackets refer to the numbers in the Display Area illustration (above).

Open the Tools > Preferences > My Library menu and select Configure Columns... to open the Column Settings dialog. Select the fields you want displayed (click the check boxs to add or remove fields).
In My Library, click any column header (1) to sort the list of clips in that category, A to Z. (Clicking again will reverse the sort, Z to A.)
Click and Drag any column header (2) to rearrange the order of the columns.
Click and Drag a header divider (3) to change the width of a column.
Double-click a header divider (3) to open a column to the width needed to view the longest entry.

A technique to manipulate objects. Place the cursor over an object on the screen, click and hold the mouse button, move the mouse to drag the object, and then release the mouse button.

My Library

Use My Library to display, organize, choose, search for, and play clips that you have imported or saved with RealPlayer. Clips are automatically sorted into categories by the Player, but you can modify and change how your clips are organized. (See Clip Categories for details.)

Because clips are sorted according to properties such as Title, Source, Genre, etc., the same clip will be available in multiple categories. You can even sort clips into custom Playlists for quick playback. (See Clip Info for more information about viewing and editing these properties.)

Display Area

When a clip category or subcategory is selected, the associated clips are displayed in the Browser display area. Clips are listed, along with select Clip Info, in rows and columns. Each column header displays the associated clip property (Name, Source, Album, etc.). The clips can be sorted by column content, and the columns can be customized, adjusting size, location, and content.
