Clip Categories

RealPlayer uses the information in Clip Info to help you quickly find any clip by sorting them into clip categories (subsets of the clips in My Library organized by like properties). The categories appear in the Organizer and in the main display area of My Library.

Each clip category is based on information saved in the Clip Info, such as artist or date imported, and clips can be listed in more than one category. For example, a music clip that you recently downloaded and then added to a playlist could be listed in a playlist category, the All Media category, the Music category, and the New Clips category.

• All Media: Lists all clips

• Music: Automatically groups clips by artist, album, genre and artist/album. (This information is downloaded as CD Info or input by you using the Edit Clip Info feature.)

• Videos: Contains all clips with video content.

• New Clips: Lists clips based on how recently they were downloaded, saved, or imported.

• Playlists: Lists all of the playlists that you have created or imported and the clips included in them.

• AutoPlaylists: Lists the AutoPlaylists that you have created and the clips included in them.

• Search Results: Lists the results of the last search of My Library.

• Purchased Music: Lists the music that you have bought and downloaded from the Music Store.
