Help Menu

The Help menu allows you to access Help files and support services and manage your account. Most of these options require you to be connected to the Internet for them to function. If you are not online and choose a service that requires a connection, you will be prompted to connect.

Menu Option		Description
Help Contents		Opens this Help document.
Customer Support		Opens a new browser to the Customer Support page.
Manage My Account		Allows you to view and edit your account information.
Sign in/Sign Out		Opens the RealPlayer sign-in page. Signs you out from the Real Service.
Getting Started Guide		Opens Getting Started Guide in new Browser window.
Product Survey...		Allows you to tell us about your experience with RealPlayer.
Upgrade to Premium Player		Opens a Browser window to the Player upgrade page at www.real.com. (This menu item does not appear in RealPlayer Plus.)
About RealPlayer		Displays your RealPlayer Version and Copyright Information. Version Info: Version number for associated files and plug-ins. Copyrights: List of associated copyrights. Close: Close the About RealPlayer dialog. Check for Update: Open the AutoUpdate window.
