Now Playing

Now Playing shows which clips are currently queued to play and which clips have most recently been played. It can also be used as a scratch pad for creating playlists by dragging and dropping files, links, or clips from your computer's file folders, a Browser, or My Library to the list.

You can save the current Now Playing list for future use by saving it as a permanent Playlist in My Library. (See Using Now Playing for details.)

Click in your RealPlayer Status display (located on the top of the Player) to open or close your Now Playing panel. When the Media Browser is open, Now Playing will appear on the left side of the Media Browser.

The Now Playing status bar: (at the bottom of Now Playing) displays the number of items in the list, the number of items selected, and the total play time of the selected items.

Note: Play time may not be shown for some clips until playback begins.

Click in the Now Playing panel to detach it from your Player (floating panel). Click to reattach the Now Playing panel to the RealPlayer.

Description

Opens Add Clips menu.

Add Clips...	Opens the Add Clips from My Library dialog. Select and add clips from My Library to the Now Playing list.
Add File...	Find and select a file or files to add to the Now Playing list.
Add Folder...	list. Select a local folder from your computer. All compatible media files in the selected folder are added to the Now Playing list. You can choose to add all subfolders in the selected folder by selecting Include Subfolders at the bottom of the Add Folder dialog .
Add URL...	Enter the location (on the Internet or local drives) of a clip to add to Now Playing.

Deletes all clips from list. (Note: Clips will remain in My Library.)

Save as Playlist...	Saves the current Now Playing list as a Playlist in My Library.
Save As File...	Saves the current Now Playing list as an .m3u, pls, or .rmp file suitable for sharing with friends. (Import playlists with the File > Open menu.)

Edit

Opens the Now Playing list Edit menu.
