Choose to enable (select) or disable (clear) any of the behaviors listed below. Send connection-quality data... (Default is On) RealPlayer monitors your Internet connection during data transfer and sends connection information (bit-rate, error rate, etc.) to the RealServer and its content providers. Sharing this data helps content providers refine their methods and improve the quality of their content. If you do not wish to share your information with content providers, clear this box. Send RealPlayer GUID ... (Default is Off) Check this setting (On) to access secured content. This allows a GUID to be sent to a RealServer, identifying you as someone who should have access. After viewing the secured content, you can turn the setting off again by clearing this box. This preference is optional for non secured content. Send configuration info... (Default is On) RealNetworks can offer you more accurate solutions to problems you may encounter if it has configuration information about your RealPlayer. While this information is not required to process error messages, it is recommended that you leave this option enabled so that we can offer you the best possible assistance. Enable RealPlayer Cookies (Default is On) When enabled, RealPlayer cookies store information about previous media sessions. This information allows content providers to customize your experience and provide better connectivity. Enable HTML Clip Info (Default is On) Allows HTML-formatted information to be stored and displayed in Clip Info. Allow websites to add items to Now Playing (Default is On) Properly programmed websites can place clips directly into the Now Playing queue. | |
