Playlists are groups of clips that RealPlayer will play in sequence. They can be audio clips, video clips, or any combination of these. Think of a playlist as a virtual album.
Create a playlist for any mood, such as a "Greatest Hits" collection, or for any occasion, such as "Dinner Music for Two." You can even use a playlist to create your own news service, adding clips from your favorite programs to play in sequence.
Playlists can contain as many clips as you want, so you can tailor them to fit any event.
Once you have created a playlist, you can rearrange the clips within it to play in whatever order you choose, deleting and adding clips at any time.
Playlists take up very little space on your hard drive. Each playlist is simply a list of shortcuts to media files and Internet links.
You can create playlists using clips of any supported file format.
You can also create AutoPlaylists that search for and play clips based on clip properties.
You can export a playlist as a file and share it. Save and share a Now Playing list as a playlist (see Using Now Playing for details), or export a playlist from the Organizer in My Library (right-click a playlist in the Organizer and select Export Playlist... from the context menu).
